The residential community is located in the New Capital, Cairo on a total land plot of about 46,377m² with a total built-up area of 69,437m². The compound is divided into 4 types of post-modern designed buildings with a Spanish architectural twist cascading across a three (3) level masterplan. The residential units consist of 2-bedroom apartments, 3-Bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, a gym and commercial spaces, encompassed within a lavish landscape that includes an infinity pool, swimming pool, and other water features such as fountains and a waterfall, as well as a kids play area, pathways and outdoor seating areas.
