Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University - Staff Housing (student housing)
This project represents the second 5-year plan which aims to at develop the campus into a University city.
The housing project encompasses seventeen (17) housing towers that include facilities for the girl’s campus. The towers comprise 11 floors each and are 33m high with a total built-up area if 360,000m2.
EMDAD’s scope of work consists of design review, shop drawings and site supervision for all disciplines including architecture, structure, MEP and electromechanical networks such as potable water, fire-fighting, electrical and communication as well as water waste-water networks.
