Jeddah Maternity Hospital
The hospital comprises nine (9) buildings with a total built-up area of 82,000m2 and a maximum height of 40m on total plot of 87,000m2. The hospital is equipped with state of the art healthcare technology with a capacity of 400 beds.
EMDAD’s scope of work included providing design review, shop drawings and site supervision services covering all disciplines, healthcare architecture, structure, MEP and electromechanical networks such as potable water networks, fire-fighting, water and waste-water, electrical and communication networks and medical gases network.
