The project comprises a twelve (12) storey building with a total height of 60m with a capacity of 480-beds and a total built-up area of 125,638m2, located on a total land plot of 150,000m2.
EMDAD’s scope of work included providing design review, shop drawings and site supervision services covering all disciplines, healthcare architecture, structure, MEP and electromechanical networks such as potable water networks, fire-fighting, water and waste-water, electrical and communication networks and medical gases network.
