This project is considered one of the leading housing developments in Makkah with a capacity of 10,000 employees working for Jabal Omar for Development Co. The project comprises 6 types of residential buildings and villas with a total built-up area of 187,152m² as well as public facilities that include a shopping mall with a total built-up area of 64,000m2, a fitness center with a total built-up area of 64,000m², mosque and public amenities with a total built-up area of approximately 5,500m².

EMDAD’s scope of work covers all architectural, structural and electromechanical design stages as well as electromechanical networks such as potable water, fire-fighting, storm drainage, irrigation, water waste-water, electrical and communication networks and streetscape lighting.
