Buildings A and B are located at the new administrative capital on a total land plot of about 5,492m² with a total built-up area of 13,180m², both buildings comprise mixed-use facilities that consist of seven (7) typical floors that include clinics and a commercial/F&B podium merging the ground and first floors.
The rooftops are designed to host different activities, building A’s rooftop is designed to accommodate conferences and occasions, while building B’s rooftop includes a spa, pool and juice bar.
The post-modern sleek design of the building’s façade is accented with decorative structures inspired by the brand name’s logo to add identity while the stone structure and flower boxes covering the building offer an advertising function, providing support for outdoor digital display screens and light for advertising material.
